    In this introduction to Gluten-free Baking you will learn how to make your own blend of Gluten-Free Flour Mix,  Gluten-Free Pate Sucree Dough, and Gluten-Free Pie Dough. We’ll focus on the most daunting elements of pie/tart making for home bakers: making the dough by hand and rolling it out to form tart shells and pies. You will also be shown various methods of pie fillings, as well as full instructions on baking and storing. We will make a seasonal fresh fruit-filled pie with lattice crust, and a fresh fruit tart. You will: Learn the simplicity of making Gluten-free Pie Dough Understand the role of gluten in baked goods and how to bake without it. Understanding the importance of and how to choose quality Ingredients Receive tried and true recipes for perfect pies Be able to share delicious & wholesome pies with friends and family PLEASE PLACE ORDERS FOR CLASSES SEPARATELY FROM PRODUCTS. THANK YOU! This class will be on Zoom. You will receive all information to join the class via email a few days before the class. You will also receive recipes, and equipment list 2-3 days before the class. You will provide all ingredients and equipment needed if you decide to follow along during the class, or make the items at a later time. In-person Pie making classes are also available for special events: one-on-one, bridal shower, birthday parties, gathering with friends, or corporate team building, at your location. CANCELLATION POLICY:
